With the BSU will be created Korean school

Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Azerbaijan Kim Chang Guy visited Baku State University (BSU). The rector, academician Abel Maharramov, in a meeting with the guest, spoke about the university's ties, including about the successful cooperation with a number of Korean universities.

The rector noted that dozen of specialists in the Korean language and literature have been trained at the Faculty of Oriental Studies of the University, and many joint projects have been implemented. Academician Abel Maharramov, stressing the importance of further development of existing ties, thanked the ambassador for his support in science, education and culture.

Ambassador Kim Chang Guy noted the importance of projects in the field of science and education, suggested the further expansion of the teaching of the Korean language in BSU and create a Korean school "Sei Jong" at the university.

The meeting discussed such issues as the creation of the above-mentioned school at the Belarusian State University and the expansion of inter-university exchange of teachers and students.
