On April 16, 2018, at the Baku Yunus Emre Institute, the chairman of the Turkey-Azerbaijan Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group, the Adana deputy of the Justice and Development Party, Prof. Necdet Ünüvar delivered a lecture on "Leadership Training: Public Administration" at the conference. The students of the regional studies specialty in Turkey took an active part in the conference. In addition, Justice and Development Party Istanbul deputy Nurettin Nebati, Igdir deputy Nurettin Aras, Erzurum city deputy Kamil Aydın and Republican People's Party Artvin MP Ugur Bayraktutan delivered a speech at the conference. The speakers spoke extensively on political, economic relations, achievements and international cooperation between the Republic of Turkey and the Republic of Azerbaijan. At the end of the event photo was taken with the students.
