Fikrat Rafig Akbarli, 3rd year student of "Philology (Arabic Language and Literature)" Faculty of Oriental Studies, published an article in Kuwaiti multilayered newspaper "Afaq". The article has been delivered to Arabic-speaking readers about the celebration of Novruz holiday, its traditions, folk dances in Azerbaijan.
