• Born in January5, 1939 in Arkivan, (Masalli)Azerbaijan
• 1948-1958 studied at secondary school №1 of Arkivan city
• 1958-1961 passed on Active Duty
• 1961-1966 studied on Persian branch of the faculty of oriental studies of Baku State University
• 1966-1969 worked as a military translator of the Persian language in Afghanistan
• 1971-1983 worked as a translator of the Persian language in Iran
• 1983-1989 worked as a researcher at the department of Iranian Philology of the faculty of Oriental Studies of Baku State University
• 1989-1992, senior researcher at the department of Iranian Philology of the faculty of Oriental Studies of Baku State University
• Since 2000 till present works at the Persian branch of faculty of Oriental Studies of Baku State University to the Deputy Dean in the Magistracy on the Persian branch
• Married, 4 children
