• Born on the September 18, 1969 in Kuba district, Azerbaijan
• 1976-1986 studied at secondary school №248 of Baku city
• 1986-1991 studied on Persian branch of the faculty of oriental studies of Baku State University
• 1992-1995 was a post-graduate student of the faculty of oriental studies of Baku State University
• Since 1995 till present works as a teacher of the department of Iranian Philology of the faculty of Oriental Studies of Baku State University
• Married, one child

• 1997, candidate of philological sciences, «The mononuclear sentences in the Persian and Azerbaijani languages»
