• Born on October 23, 1963 in Baku
• 1970-1980 – studied in school # 225, Baku
• 1980-1981 – worked as a corrector in “Elm” printing house of the Academy of Sciences
• 1981-1986 – studied in the Faculty of Oriental Sciences of Baku State University
• 1987-1994 – worked as a Snr. Research Assistant and later Lecturer in the Faculty of Oriental Sciences of Baku State University
• 1994-1997 – worked as an Advisor in the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan
• 1997-1999 – worked as the Chief Referent in the Social-Political Department in the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan
• 2004-2005 – elected Deputy of the Milli Mejlis
• Since 2006 – works as the Senior Lecturer in the Chair of Iranian Philology of the Faculty of Oriental Sciences of Baku State University
