• Was born in Baku on the 1st of April, 1971
• 1978-1988 studied at secondary school N 20 of Baku
• 1988-1993 studied at the Turkish department of the faculty of Oriental studies of Baku State University
• From 1994 till present works at the Turkish department, The faculty of Oriental studies of Baku State University
• 2007 - Canditate of philological sciences, has defended PHD thesis on the subject «Phraseological units in Azerbaijani and Turkish language of Turkey»
• 2012 - till present, doctoral candidacy  at the Institute of Linguistics named after Nasimi, Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences
• 2012, has been confirmed the theme «Multi component composite sentences in Azerbaijani language» by the Republican Scientific Research Organization and Coordination Council
• Married, 2 children
